Uzziel, also called Azarel, was a Levite musician who served during the reign of King David. He was one of the sons of Heman, the king's seer, who were appointed to provide music and praise in the house of the Lord. Uzziel and his brothers were trained and skilled in singing to the Lord, and they served under the direction of their father Heman.
