Shemaiah שְׁמַעְיָ֫הוּ

Shemaiah was a priest who participated in the dedication of Jerusalem's wall during the time of Nehemiah. According to Neh.12.36, Shemaiah was one of the priests who played musical instruments during the ceremonial procession on the wall.
