Hananiah חֲנַנְיָ֫הוּ
A perfumer who helped rebuild Jerusalem's wall
Biography
Hananiah, a perfumer by profession, is mentioned in Neh.3.8 as one of the people who helped rebuild the wall of Jerusalem during Nehemiah's time. He worked on a section of the wall alongside Uzziel, the son of Harhaiah, who was a goldsmith.
