Ben-hesed בֶּן־חֶ֫סֶד

Ben-hesed was one of the twelve officers appointed by King Solomon to oversee the provision of food for the royal household. He was responsible for the district of Aruboth (1 Ki. 4:10). These officers, each assigned to a specific region, ensured a steady supply of provisions for the king and his court. They collected the necessary resources from their respective districts, contributing to the wealth and stability of Solomon's reign.
